The WA Police Legacy Inc assists its beneficiaries, the surviving spouses/partners of Police Officers and their children in various ways. All services provided by Legacy are based on individual assessment and demonstrated need. The guiding principle for all activities is to ensure that no surviving spouse, partner or child of a deceased Police Officer will ever feel forgotten or in needy circumstances.

Spouse/Partner

Some areas that Police Legacy can assist with is home maitenance repairs, respite assistance for carers, employment education and training assistance, vairous social outings throughout the year and presents at Christmas time.

Legacy Children

Annual Birthday and Christmas cards with vouchers are sent to all children under 18 years of age. Many events are held throughout the year including two camps, fun cat day, boat cruises and other activities which vary from year to year. Police Legacy also provides education and tertiary assistance computers and software to help legatees achieve their goals.
